Definitions
Services: Means any function or process that Fresh Meats provides you.
Delivery Fee: Means the fee associated with delivering goods to the address that you have listed.

Click and Collect: Means you are required to collect the pre-packaged order that you have placed from Fresh Meats Wises Road Pty Ltd [86 Wises Road, Maroochydore, 4558, Queensland, Australia]. This service does not include any delivery fee and is the responsibility of the party who placed the order to organise a time within Fresh Meats Wises Road Pty Ltd open hours to collect.
Delivery Address: Means the address that you are intending the order to be delivered to.
Delivery Fee: Is the fee payable to Fresh Meats for the service of delivering your order to the Delivery Address that you have provided.
Order: Means a purchase that you have made to receive goods from Fresh Meats.
Authority to Leave: Means you are accepting Liability for the order to be left unattended at the address you have provided.

Home Delivery, Click and Collect and Orders.
Please consider carefully when placing an order with us as we do not offer cancellation of orders. This is due to the nature of our products. We also reserve the right to provide cancellation under extreme or unforeseeable circumstances.
Home Delivery
We offer the service of providing you Home Deliveries on the Goods that you have ordered. We provide this service for delivery at any of our listed locations on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. Upon you creating a Home Delivery order you will be required to provide us with a Delivery Address. We will not provide delivery beyond the front door of your home or office building.
Fresh Meats reserve the right at our discretion decide not to deliver the order at the delivery Address where we deem the delivery address to be at high risk of being unsafe for any reason. We will contact you to organise an alternative delivery option.
Orders Must be Placed by 5 pm for next day delivery.
There is a $50 order minimum and $15 delivery fee for all orders under $150.
FREE DELIVERY for orders over $150!
Orders will be delivered between 8 am and 3 pm. They will be left on your doorstep if you are not home at the time of delivery. Chilled or frozen products may spoil or melt if left unrefrigerated so we recommend that someone is at home to receive it. If this is not possible, please leave an esky or icebox so that we can leave your delivery inside with some ice. We do not accept responsibility for items that could not be received in person at the time of delivery and therefore left unsupervised.
Fresh Meats advises that you follow Australian Government guidelines with your food items, whether you purchase them in-store or online. Food Standards Australia advises that chilled items left out for more than 4 hours are at risk of contamination and should be discarded. Click and Collect
When placing a Click and Collect order, the party that placed the order will be required to be collected from Fresh Meats Wises Road Pty Ltd (86 Wises Road, Maroochydore, QLD, 4558). This service does not include any delivery fee and is the responsibility of the party who placed the order to organise a time within Fresh Meats open hours to collect.
Authority to Leave
When an order is placed with Fresh Meats Wises Road Pty Ltd, an Authority to leave is required.
- When completing an order, you hereby authorise Fresh Meats to leave freight at the address provided.
- When completing an order, you indemnify Fresh Meats against any claim for loss and/or damage relating to any delivery item so left.
- When completing an order, the receiver authorises Fresh Meats to leave all orders without a signature.
Fresh Meats transport all products in refrigerated vehicles to ensure maximum refrigeration time upon arrival. We additionally follow all foodservice practices in the production and packaging of all our Products.
Please consider the Food Standards Australia Website when considering your chilled or frozen products.
Food Standards Australia recommends using the 2-hour / 4-hour rule:
- For less than 2 hours can be used or put back in the refrigerator to use later.
- For 2-4 hours can still be used or sold but can’t be put back in the fridge.
- For 4 hours or more must be thrown away.
For all deliveries, a flat delivery fee of $15 + GST will be applied to each order that is valued between $50 and $149.99, orders over $150 will be free of charge. We provide delivery to all locations listed on our website on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia.
Failure to Deliver
Orders that are provided with an address that is inaccessible will be returned to the store, upon an order being returned to the store we will contact you via the email address you have provided to organise alternative delivery methods. If you fail to communicate within 24 hours, we reserve the right to terminate the order and no refund will be provided.
Minimum Order
Fresh Meats Pty Ltd sets a minimum order for all online orders to the value of $50, this includes Home Delivery Orders and Click and Collect Orders. The minimum order is not inclusive of the Delivery Fee. We reserve the right to accept an order that is below the minimum order value.
Trademarks
The trademarks and logos contained on this Website are trademarks of Fresh Meats Pty Ltd. Use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited except with Our express, written consent.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products offered, we do not accept returns. As per Food Standards Australia Website, once a perishable product has left our control, we have no liability over the quality of the product.
Refunds and Store Credit
You can make a claim for a Refund or a Store Credit if:
- You believe that the order you made has not been provided, or
- The goods that you have ordered are not to the standards specified; and
- You notify us within 12 hours of receiving the order.
Email [email protected] or call 07 5451 0533 to lodge your claim. Upon receiving your claim, we will assess it to ensure the claim fits the specified criteria. If a claim meets the specified criteria, we will be happy to provide a refund or store credit.
